The process
What does the process look like?
- Seamless transition from on-premises to cloud
- Minor user impact
- Minimal downtime
- Minimal changes
- Minimal changes in the workflow
- The cloud provider will handle hosting, backups, replications, system expansions, and availability.
- Snapshots of the servers will be taken every 10 minutes and replicated across multiple data centers in the U.S., ensuring data availability at all times.
Testing and Validation
- The migration process begins with a direct snapshot of the server, which is uploaded to the data center. This step is seamlessly integrated into day-to-day operations and does not disrupt the workflow.
- The uploaded data is meticulously analyzed and configured for testing.
- Post successful testing, there will be a final conversion be schedule.
Data Security and Access Control
- Authentication processes of accessing the data will be seamlessly integrated with Microsoft, google, other multi-factor authentication platform or it can be completely a stand-alone process.
- This dual layered approach will ensure robust data security and blocks unauthorized access based on configured data.
Transition: User experience
- On the scheduled conversion day, an onsite team will facilitate the transition.
- End-users will experience minimal changes, primarily in the login process.
- Once past the initial login screen, the interface and functionality will remain identical to what users are accustomed to.
- Tasks such as signing in to the Practice Management System, taking X-rays, 3D images, printing, and scanning will continue seamlessly.
